Poem: Part Of Me

Part Of Me

Your scent is still fresh,
Your words are still alive.
You’ll remain a part of me,
Till I am alive.

This world mocks me,
In my shady loneliness,
 This spring ridicules me,
 in my season of fall.

Now even these stars,
Don’t seem to twinkle,
As if helping me,
In my night of grief.

Only thing that remains,
Is you and your thoughts,
Maybe not with me,
But ornamenting my prose

— Dedicated to one of the mistakes of my life…
